Heather Joan Graham was born on January 29, 1970, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Joan (née Bransfield), a teacher and children’s book author, and James Graham, an FBI agent. She was raised in a Catholic household and moved frequently during her childhood due to her father’s career. She attended Agoura High School in Agoura Hills, California.
