Kelli Berglund was born on February 15, 1996, in Moorpark, California. She is of Swedish, Irish, German, and English descent. Berglund began her career in dance, initially training in jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and tap at a young age. She also participated in gymnastics and horseback riding.
Berglund’s acting career began with guest appearances and roles in independent films. Her breakthrough came in 2012 when she landed the lead role of Bree Davenport in the Disney XD series Lab Rats. She continued in this role for four seasons, including its spin-off series, Lab Rats: Elite Force, which aired in 2016.
Following her success with Disney, Berglund transitioned into more mature roles.
