Katrina Bowden was born on September 19, 1988, in Wyckoff, New Jersey. She attended Immaculate Heart Academy, an all-girls Catholic high school, in Washington Township, New Jersey. Before pursuing acting, Bowden worked as a model.
Bowden began her acting career with minor roles in television shows such as “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “One Life to Live” in 2006. Her breakthrough role came in 2006 when she was cast as Cerie on the NBC sitcom “30 Rock.” She remained a series regular on “30 Rock” throughout its seven seasons (2006-2013).
Following her success on “30 Rock,” Bowden transitioned to film, appearing in various genres, including comedies, horror, and thrillers. She has worked steadily in both independent and studio productions.
