Bridget Catherine Regan was born on February 3, 1982, in Carlsbad, California. She is of Irish and Italian descent. Regan attended Carlsbad High School and later graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama.
