Phoebe Harriet Dynevor was born on April 17, 1995, in Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. She is the daughter of actress Sally Dynevor, known for her long-running role as Sally Webster in the British soap opera Coronation Street, and Tim Dynevor, a screenwriter. She has two younger siblings.
Dynevor began her acting career in 2009 with a recurring role as Siobhan Mailey in the BBC One school drama Waterloo Road. Following this, she appeared in various British television series, including Prisoners’ Wives (2012), The Musketeers (2014), and Dickensian (2015–2016), where she played Martha Cratchit.
