Alice Eve was born on February 6, 1982, in London, England. She is the daughter of actors Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan. Eve was educated at Bedales School and then read English at St Catherine’s College, Oxford, where she also acted in student productions.
Eve began her acting career with roles in British television dramas, including the BBC’s “Hawking” in 2004 and “The Rotters’ Club” in 2005. She made her film debut in “Stage Beauty” (2004).
Eve has appeared in a variety of film and television productions across different genres. She gained wider recognition for her role as Erin in the romantic comedy “She’s Out of My League” (2010).
