Arden Myrin was born on December 10, 1973, in Little Compton, Rhode Island. She attended North Shore Country Day School in Winnetka, Illinois, and later graduated from Colorado College with a degree in theatre.
Arden Myrin is an American actress and comedian known for her extensive work in television, film, and theatre. Her career began with stage performances and improv comedy before transitioning to screen acting.
Myrin is perhaps best known for her role as Regina Sinclair in the Netflix series Insatiable (2018-2019). She was a cast member on MADtv (2005-2009) and has made numerous guest appearances on television shows including Orange Is the New Black, Shameless, Suburgatory, Modern Family, Psych, Gilmore Girls, Reno 911!, and Fresh Off the Boat. She has also appeared on talk shows and comedy panels.
Myrin’s film credits include roles in movies such as Bubble Boy (2001), Kinsey (2004), Christmas with the Kranks (2004), Evan Almighty (2007), What Men Want (2019), and Extinct (voice role, 2021).
Myrin hosts the podcast Will You Accept This Rose?, dedicated to the Bachelor franchise. She is also an active participant in the comedy community, performing stand-up and improv regularly.
