Emily Atack was born on December 18, 1989, in Luton, Bedfordshire, England. She is the daughter of actress Kate Robbins and musician Keith Atack. Her family has a strong background in entertainment; her uncle is actor Ted Robbins, and her aunt is singer Jane Robbins. She attended Northwood College for Girls and later studied drama at the Arts Educational School in London.
Atack began her acting career in her teens, with early roles in television series such as “Blue Murder” (2007) and “The Inbetweeners” (2008). Her breakthrough role came with her portrayal of Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the E4 comedy series “The Inbetweeners,” a role she played from 2008 to 2010, and again in the subsequent films.
Atack is best known for her role in “The Inbetweeners” franchise. Other notable television roles include appearances in “Rock & Chips” (2010), “Nearly Famous” (2007), and “Tracey Ullman’s Show” (2016-2017). She also competed on the reality television series “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” in 2018, finishing as runner-up.
Following her appearance on “I’m a Celebrity…”, Atack has hosted and appeared on several television shows, including “Emily Atack: Adulting” (2019), “The Emily Atack Show” (2020-present), and has been a team captain on “Celebrity Juice” (2019-2022).
