Inmaculada Cuesta Martínez, known professionally as Inma Cuesta, was born on June 25, 1980, in Valencia, Spain. She developed an interest in performing arts from a young age. She formally trained in dramatic arts at the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Córdoba and continued her studies at the Escuela Superior de Canto in Madrid.
Cuesta began her career in musical theater before transitioning to television and film. Her early work included roles in stage productions and smaller television appearances.
Her breakthrough came with the television series “Amar en tiempos revueltos” (2007-2008), where she played Elisa. She further gained recognition for her role as Margarita Hernando in the popular television series “Águila Roja” (2009-2016), which significantly raised her profile in Spain.
