Kelsey Asbille Chow (born September 9, 1991), professionally known as Kelsey Asbille, is an American actress. She was born in Columbia, South Carolina, to Jim Chow and Jean Chow. Her father is of Chinese descent, and her mother is of English, German, and Scottish ancestry. Asbille attended Hammond School in Columbia and later studied at Columbia University, where she majored in Human Rights.
