Audrie Kiko Daniel (水原 希子, Mizuhara Kiko), known professionally as Kiko Mizuhara, was born on October 15, 1990, in Dallas, Texas, to an American father and a Korean-Japanese mother. She was raised in Kobe, Japan. She began her modeling career at the age of 12 after winning an audition for Seventeen magazine.
Mizuhara’s early career focused primarily on modeling. She was an exclusive model for Seventeen magazine for three years. Her modeling work expanded to include collaborations with high-fashion brands and appearances in various international magazines. She has worked extensively with brands like Dior, Chanel, and Moschino.
Mizuhara transitioned into acting in 2010, making her debut in Tran Anh Hung’s film Norwegian Wood, based on Haruki Murakami’s novel. This role marked the beginning of her acting career, leading to numerous film and television appearances.
