Sofia Margareta Götschenhjelm Helin, born on April 25, 1972, in Hovsta, Närke, Sweden, is a Swedish actress. She studied at the Calle Flygare Theatre School from 1994 to 1996 and graduated from the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2001.
Helin began her acting career in the late 1990s, gaining recognition for her roles in Swedish film and television. She is best known internationally for her role as Saga Norén in the Danish-Swedish crime television series The Bridge (Bron/Broen), which aired from 2011 to 2018.
