Viktoriya Yevgenyevna Isakova was born on October 12, 1976, in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union (now Russia). She initially pursued studies at the Russian State Academy of Theatrical Arts (GITIS) in the acting department under Vladimir Andreev. After his death, she transferred to the workshop of Alexander Porokhovshchikov and later to the workshop of Joseph Reichelgauz, graduating in 1999.
Isakova began her acting career in the late 1990s. She joined the Moscow Pushkin Drama Theatre in 2001, where she has played numerous roles in stage productions. Her work in theater has been critically acclaimed.
